Testimony of the brave harari woman regarding the killing of Malasay Hashim Idris and repressions in Harar

There are devastating and moving cries from Ethiopia. On May 11, 2011, the brave Harari lady joined the Ethio Malasay Harari Haraqach Paltalk room and detailed the assassination and the crimes of NHL and its leaders. The audiences are shocked and struck by shier repressions, oppressions, brutality and criminal nature of the assassinations and the response of HNL Mafias. More than ever before the cry of the lady exposed that Hararis have no representations and government that looks after their well being and interests. Hararis going to one of the worst crises in their history and having no organization and leadership uncertainty and fear is gripping the community. Sadly, HNL supporters tried their best to falsify the testimony of the brave lady.  In the name of validations and media responsibility, they came roaring in defense HNL criminals and destroy the integrity of the story. As matter of fact almost everything what the lady said was public information and on the record. However some shameless Hararis once again, proven their worthlessness and lame excuses to doubt and not to help their people. The fascist regime officials refused to show up for Paltalk interviews

Again on the subject of Paltalk, the mafia and the fascist regime have displayed its hate and contempt to the people and diasporas over the weekend (May 7 and 8, 2011). Many concerned Harari diasporas around the world were gathered and waiting for interviews from HNL officials in the Paltalk room. But, the officials lacking self confidence and showing disrespect failed to come to the Paltalk room. Instead other hearty and cordial Harari personalities from Ethiopia explained painfully the crises, the fears and agonies bedeviling our people. For the Harari diasporas to listen to such talk of fear and terror is unimaginable thought. For my friends and me it was hell on earth and unacceptable by any standard that our people suffocated and forced not breath. The regime is not willing to share information and account for its actions and it think above the law. It operates in darkness and subject people not to question anything. What is angering is supporters go to great length to justify the crime of HNL and to silence Hararis. Accountability and transparency is the enemy of HNL and its method is to divide and selectively bribe some useless greedy diaspora individuals and it has no courage to face the people.  The diaspora should never kneel down to the mafia and the fascist regime and must defeat the conspiracies, fears and spreading false information about good Hararis. I assure you it will fail and make the end of this government very close. People need to be very strong and share their bad experiences; intimidations coming from the regime and supporters by making public and fight it openly. The mafia and the fascist thugs want people to hide, silent, not to say anything and take the repression quietly during like Derg regimes. At this time, diasporas can prevent and change the situations by firmly standing in unity against this brutal regime. Otherwise if people remain silent, like Derg regimes, soon Murad and HNL regime demand bullet money from the victims. HNL and supporters count on you to remain silent and hide your head under the garbage and you must say no.

Sporadic briefs from Harar

Scant news from various sources reveals chaotic situations that exist in Harar. Murad released the frozen assets of the killers and this is testament and evidence for direct relationship with HNL functionaries. There was also news that the police commissioner asked for review of the department and after through discussions he went after those officers that expressed their concerns genuinely. As the result many of the officers are experiencing difficult work conditions and for some of them their salaries are withheld to force them to be slaves to commissioner Bakeri and HNLies. So the situation in Harar is going from worst to worst. The first hearing for the murder of martyr Hashim held today, May 13, 2011 in federal court in Addis. The session was closed for public and unable to obtain the details at this time. However that the accused are well prepared and represented by highly paid lawyers and there is no update on the side of the martyr’s representation and other legal details.

Secret Federation meeting for July 2012

On the other front, Mohammed Shash and some members of diasporas met on paltalk over the weekend to plan for 2012 July preparations. That meeting was out off place, time and not warranted and planned to divide the diasporas and distract the people from on going crises. Any meeting related to 2012 July celebration must be suspended and all kind of talks must be ceased effective immediately. Until HNL comes clean and account for its wrong doing and stops its barbaric repressions 2012 event should stay in North America. The federations and its members and the rest of Hararis in North America demand and stop all talks and plans and events of 2012 from taking place in Harar. At present condition there is no point to talk about 2012 and Harar where the brutality of HNL continues and escalating on our people. Harar is like occupied territory and HNL and OPDO rulers are illegal, illegitimate and fascist occupiers and because of that it is difficult to celebrate July 2012 under occupations.

July 2011 Dallas

On the same note, Hararis in North America must ensure that no single representatives from criminal HNL mafia is coming or attending the July 2011 Dallas event. If any one is invited or attending the event from mafia groups, the only option is to call for total boycott and not to attend and forget Dallas. The organizers of Dallas should come out and explain their plans and if any one is invited from HNL mafia. If Dallas is clean, organizers and participants should need to plan for open, frank, candid, high level and all inclusive discussions on current issues and crises and organizational matters and leadership. These kinds of agendas, places and individuals from wide specter of the community must be gathered before hand. July 2011 Dallas must be utilized and dedicated to the people of Harari and to seek solutions. It is an opportunity for organizers and participants that must be captured to share the sorrows, cries, the suffering and the hopes of our people. Hararis it is time for you to show your potential and reveal your ability to carry the responsibilities burdening our forgotten people.
